New for 2011, the cottage is an old stone barn that has been tastefully converted to create comfortable holiday accommodation for two people.
The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen / living room, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with one double bed and a south west facing sun terrace. All rooms have central heating. Parking is adjacent to the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa, table with chairs plus TV.
The shower room has a large shower with toilet and wash basin.
The 2012 rates for the cottage are:
High season (June 2nd to September 28th) - £260 per week.
Mid season (March 31st to June 1st) - £220 per week.
Low season (January 1st to March 30th, September 29th to December 31st) - £200 per week.
Change over day is Friday with departure by 11am, and arrivals after 3pm. Half weeks are available for 60% of the weekly rate, either Friday to Monday (3 nights), or Monday to Friday (4 nights).
Dogs are not permitted. A travel cot is available if required.
