Barrow Farm Caravan Site is a family and dog friendly Caravan Club Certified Location (CL) in Rode village, near Frome on the Somerset / Wiltshire border. Bath, Warminster, Trowbridge and Bradford on Avon are close by. Longleat Safari Park, Farleigh Hungerford Castle and Iford Manor are local attractions. Stonehenge, Stourhead, Lacock Abbey & Village & the Fox Talbot Museum, Dyrham Park, Bowood House & Gardens, Corsham Court and Wells Cathedral are all within 45 minutes.
The site is located on our small farm, surrounded by pasture and nestled peacefully by the River Frome, well away from any busy roads. The local area is good for walkers and cyclists with the Macmillan Way and the Wiltshire Cycleway passing through Rode. Dogs are welcome if kept on a lead and there are plenty of good dog walks close by.

Barrow Farm is a small Wholesome Food Association approved farm, growing soft fruit, vegetables, and apples. We also have chickens and a small flock of sheep. We sell our own produce in our farm shop, and we have a small caravan site.

It's the perfect place to bring your caravan when you want to stay on the farm in a peaceful setting, but convenient for local tourist attractions such as Longleat Safari Park, Farleigh Castle and Iford Manor. Farm Shop
Our farm is approved by the Wholesome Food Association, meaning no pesticides, herbicides or artificial fertilizers. We sell our produce in our farm shop.
